1. Texas public schools request records via TREx as all Texas LEAs are required to use TREx.
2. Private schools, out of state schools or parents/families may send an email with any questions and/or request to one of the campuses listed below:

 

 

Steps to Request an Official Transcript or Education Verification

1. To request an official transcript from Richard Milburn Academy, please download and fill out the Transcript Request Form and once completed, please send via email  to tmitchell@rma-tx.org

 

2. Once submitted, the request will be processed in the order received. Please be advised: Depending on the volume of requests, it may take up to 10 business days to process.

Note:

The High School official transcript request form is specifically for those who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled Richard Milburn Academy student in the 9th-12th grade
• Currently enrolled Richard Milburn Academy student that has earned credit from one or more high school level course
• Former students or graduates of Richard Milburn Academy

*If you are in need of a transcript to enroll your student into another Texas public school, the new school will accept the unofficial transcript copy for registration and once enrolled, the enrolling school will send a request directly to Richard Milburn Academy via the state mandated records exchange system, TREx, for the official record.

Steps to Request a Student’s Special Education/504/EB Records

1. Texas public schools can request records via TREx as all Texas LEAs are required to use TREx.
2. Texas Public Schools-E-Sped Users- School districts that use Frontline (ESped) software may submit a transfer request to obtain Special POP records
