RMA Public Schools offers free appropriate public education (FAPE) to students in grades 9-12 who may have an orthopedic impairment, health impairment, traumatic brain injury, intellectual disability, emotional disturbance, learning disability, speech impairment, autism, or multiple disabilities and services for students who are deaf-blind, visually impaired, or auditorially impaired begin at birth.

Special education services are specially designed to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. These services are provided in special education or general education settings with modifications, special education support, supplementary aids, and other special arrangements.
